"As Troop 199 celebrates 75 years of rechartering with the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in 2024, we reflect on the hundreds and hundreds of young men’s lives that have been touched.  We are very grateful for those leaders (some have gone to be with the Lord), that gave so much effort, time, and funds to make our Troop the best that it could be. 

 

Our Scouts have traveled and camped in several parts of the country.  The parents were even included on a few of those trips.  Speaking of parents, enough cannot be said regarding the support the parents, both past and present, have given to Troop 199.  They are the main reason for the success and longevity of our Troop."
